About Our Local Office

The Delmarva Office of Right at Home is a locally owned and operated franchise office of Right at Home Inc., a senior home care company providing care since 1995. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve. We do that by providing high quality in-home caregivers to serve you.

Caregivers focus on helping individuals maintain their independence and dignity while assisting with a variety of everyday tasks including:

• Light Housekeeping
• Medication Reminders
• Meal Preparation
• Errands and Transportation
• Assistance with Dressing/Undressing
• Standby Assistance with Bathing/Showering/Walking

Caregivers are bonded and insured. Our orientation process insures they clearly understand how to meet clients' needs in a respectful and compassionate manner.

In addition, we develop an individual care plan, which is monitored through frequent home visits to insure services provided by the caregivers continue to match our client's changing needs.

Clients and their families have used our services for many reasons:

• Assistance for loved one who can no longer stay alone
• Short—term support at home after a hospital stay
• Respite care to relieve family caregivers
• Alzheimer's care
• Extra care in an assisted living facility, nursing home, hospital

The DelMarVa office is owned and operated by Marlene Sullivan and Kelly Lang.

Marlene's 17 years of experience working as an Executive Administrator/Office Manager in the Corporate Headquarters of Warner Communications, Inc., then Time Warner, Inc., inspire and bring the highest level of professionalism to the organization. Marlene lives in Ocean Pines, MD. She raised three children, and enjoys the close family relationships they continue to share along with her five stepchildren.

Kelly heads up sales, marketing, and developing relationships within the community. Her 20 years of success in the property management field serve her well in identifying and meeting the needs of the community. Kelly is Marlene's daughter. Kelly and her daughter Danielle also live in Ocean Pines and enjoy the same close ties with family, friends, and neighbors.

The ability to affect a positive impact on the individual quality of life issues facing our community is our driving force and motivation.
